My name is Dan and I love teaching UX Design.
I deliver UX training courses throughout Ireland for businesses and government agencies. I come to you or you can use my training room in central Dublin. Together we’ll find a date and course outline that will help you love User Experience Design as much as I love teaching it.
UX Design Training
User Experience Design, UX as its commonly known, is a highly paid position because so many designers don’t know what UX is or how to do it. I want to show you how to become a UX designer with rock solid training that will pave the way to learning one of the most in-demand skill sets in Ireland’s design world.
This course is going to take you from ‘no experience required’ to ‘industrial grade’ in one day of comprehensive training that will show you the tools and teach you the craft to be a professional UX designer. Take your existing design talent and double your potential as you get hands-on training and expert help in understanding UX design.
I’m your instructor, Daniel Scott, a design veteran with a reputation for helping you grasp the right skills and the crucial information. This is training from the trenches that will help you get your work done to a professional standard. I don’t speak ‘academic’ at Bring Your Own Laptop. Here, it’s all about the real world and what real businesses need, and expect, from you.
I’ll guide you through what UX design is, and what your responsibilities are as a UX designer. You’ll be creating the solid foundation of abilities that will get you work, and get the job done.
You’ll walk step by step through the UX design process. Learn how to research a project, run A/B testing and how to correctly report your results. Learn how to build profiles and personas and create competitor research. Together we’ll manage wireframes and Invision mock-ups of your designs. We’ll teach you the crucial differences between UX and UI and even find out how much you can earn as UX designer.
If you already have graphic design skills, that’s going to be very helpful, though if you need to understand UX design so you can manage projects, I can get you to where you need to be.
This is a one-day course based at my facility in Dublin where you’ll work with other keen designers to master the essentials of UX design. I can also teach this course at your place and customise the content to suit what you or your team needs to know to make UX design a reality in your company’s arsenal. I’m always keen to discuss bespoke training for your team. Anywhere in Ireland, I’ve got the course you need.
You get first-hand training. You get comprehensive instruction that’s logical and thorough. What you won’t get is fluff or ideas ‘copy and pasted’ from a book. You’ll get a course that’s going to create the solid backbone of your UX skills that comes from actual industry experience. We teach you professional standards. You get the help you need when you need it so no one gets left behind. Ask a question and you get you answer and right when you need it.
I also back my training with notes designed to match the UX Design course, and I’m available via email for a year after your training because I understand that you’re always going to have questions as you progress.
If you need to have the vital skills to face one of the design world’s biggest challenges; if you want to be more than a designer in a world where everyone else thinks they can build a website – if you’re ready to become a valuable UX designer, then I have the understandable and enjoyable training that’s going to bring this world to you. Call me today and I’ll help you become one of the most sought after people in design.
